When we were invited to participate in this project, it seemed to be madness, but we accepted that challenge. The implementation of projects of this scale within that short time-span requires careful planning of all the details, effective time measurement and control over the project, in which nothing can be left to chance. 36 days is a wonderfully long time, if well organised, and we made it happen!
